OPAD 1: Tejpal, accused in a similar kind of case, could have been let off the hook, had he retired from his post first and then committed the act!
OPAD 2: Can anybody dare to ask for a SC monitored investigation by caged parrot(CBI) in rape cases? Specially after the caged parrot's sputter about rape and SC's (in)action in Justice Ganguly's case!
